How do you help clients?
I work closely with the Product Owners and teams to support the work we do at Far Reach. My focus is on ensuring we effectively execute so that we deliver maximum value for clients.
Tell us about your background or training.
I’ve spent a lot of time working with external customers and the corporate side of organizations. I bring experience in applying practical approaches to real-time situations. I was fortunate to have past experience at a company that operated with an Agile Transformation Office, which allowed me daily access to coaching and feedback to shape my knowledge and progress in executing agile practices.
What is your work mantra?
Work hard, play hard. It is important to work at the things you need to do during the day so you can enjoy the things you want to at the end of the day.
What are you reading?
My mother and I read the same type of books and she is anxiously waiting for me to finish the psychological suspense thriller I am currently reading so she can borrow it.
Whom do you follow?
I don’t do much on social media, so I mostly just follow my kids’ athletics.
Where do you see the field going in 1-3 years?
I anticipate the future will include furthering our use of AI, ChatGPT, and other tools that streamline effort. As for Agile, I hope it includes balancing practices to find the right blend for the organization to keep pace with the growing needs of the industry.
