ImOn Communications Data Integration

Summary

Far Reach worked with ImOn Communications to build a data integration layer that brings data from disparate systems together, reducing data entry issues and improving workflow efficiencies.

Challenge

ImOn uses several legacy software systems to manage mission-critical business activities. The various systems don’t have built-in integrations, so data management has historically been time consuming, error-prone, and unreliable from system to system.

Solution

Far Reach worked with the ImOn team to build a data integration layer that keeps data in each system synced without manual data entry, providing a seamless flow of accurate data.

The data integration layer opens up opportunities for automations that improve customer experience and increase efficiency. One example is self-scheduling for customers who can now book their own appointments without playing phone tag with ImOn’s customer service team.

The new self-scheduling flow saves hundreds of employee hours that were previously spent contacting customers and manually updating data. This technology shift has not only increased efficiency but also enhanced customer satisfaction by giving them more control over their experience.

"They’ve been a great partner, more than just hired contractors."
